You may use this site for personal, non-illegal purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
You may create one account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Optional newsletter emails are separate from transactional messages such as sign-in magic links.
Usernames must be 3–20 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores. Display names and bios may include symbols and emoji and are public. Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity is not allowed.
If you submit content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant Profile Fish a non-exclusive license to display, host, and moderate your submissions on the site. Content must follow our Submission Rules. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content at our discretion to keep the site safe and usable.
By submitting content, you allow us to store, display, tag, and promote it as part of the Profile Fish library, including on public pages and in search results, until you delete your account or we remove the content for policy reasons.
New accounts must wait 10 minutes after profile creation before their first submission. We may also apply rate limits or other technical measures to reduce spam and abuse.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Submission Rules, or applicable law. You may contact us to request account deletion.
Site branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content in bulk without permission.
This site may display ads and affiliate links. We may receive compensation when users interact with these placements. Sponsored or affiliate placements do not grant advertisers editorial control over site content.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profile Fish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page, with the updated date shown above.
